Access Instructions

The BPP Learning Media Packages (formerly known as EQL) are only accessible on the Lancaster University network via;

• Campus PC labs
• Student Residences and Staff Offices
• 'eduroam' Wireless
• Lancaster University VPN Connection.

You will need to register separately for each software package before you are able to access them.

• You do not need to use your normal Lancaster University username and password when registering.
• Once you have registered for a software package you should be able to access it again using your chosen username and password from last time.

To begin click Continue to Software Packages above then click Launch Package under the software package you want to use.

Troubleshooting

In case of problems it is recommended to use Internet Explorer as the software seems to work better with this browser.

Try to register again for the software package you want to access. It does not matter if you register more than once.

If you are still unable to access the software please contact the ISS Service Desk for assistance.
